Gretchen Milanese, PT, DPT, MTC, joined the Comprehensive Team in 2023. She graduated from Springfield College and has over 25 years of experience in the field, working in various settings. She has a certification in Manual Therapy and training in Vestibular Rehabilitation. She enjoys helping people with a variety of conditions reach their goals.

Gretchen has lived in the Capital Region since 2004 with her family.
